This series includes decisions issued by the Los Angeles National Labor Relations Board following formal hearings. The decisions cover a variety of labor disagreements between workers and employers in southern California and Arizona. Many the of the decisions center around charges of discrimination of union employees and employers' failure to follow labor codes. A typical decision lists the complainant, respondent, case number and has sections for facts, recommendations, conclusions and enforcement.
